United Kingdom & Northern Ireland Deliveries

Delivery is FREE for on all NHS Prescriptions and on orders over £35 in a single transaction.
Private Prescription orders below £35 will attract a Professional Dispensing Fee included in the Shipping and Handling Charge (depending on the item dispensed). Our Free delivery on any NHS Prescriptions and/or Private Prescriptions (Over £35) excludes parcels greater than 2 kilograms in weight. We use Royal Mail Services and dispatch all NHS or Private Prescriptions as soon as we are in possession of the original or electronic prescription.

The majority of orders received from anywhere in the UK before 4:00pm on a working day are packaged and dispatched within 24hrs for delivery to your doorstep, according to your choice of delivery service selected. First Class orders that weigh 4kg or more cost £3.05 for every extra 2kg plus the 77p Recorded signed for fee. In special cases please note that orders for special requests, certain mobility aids, large quantities and orders to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands may take a little longer.

Angel Pharmacy Delivery Options:

Special Next Day Delivery from £5.90: All orders received (maximum of 10Kgs per transaction) from anywhere in the UK before 4:00pm on a working day will be packaged and dispatched within 24hrs to your doorstep. The express delivery service usually takes 1 or 2 working days by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature will be required on receipt.

First Class Recorded & Signed For Delivery from £3.25: All orders received from anywhere in the UK before 4:00pm on a working day will be packaged and dispatched within 48hrs to your doorstep. First Class orders that weigh 4kg or more cost £3.05 for every extra 2kg plus the 77p Recorded signed for fee. The first class recorded delivery service is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and usually takes 1 or 2 working days with a signature required on receipt.

Second Class Recorded & Signed For Delivery from £2.93: All orders received from anywhere in the UK before 4:00pm on a working day will be packaged and dispatched within 48hrs to your doorstep. The maximum weight for second class items is 1000g. The Second Class Recorded Delivery service may take 3 working days or more by Royal Mail and a signature will be required on receipt.

FREE Prescription Delivery within the UK: All NHS Prescription orders will be delivered free of charge by our Second Class Recorded Delivery Service to UK customers only. All single transactions for Private Prescriptions with orders over £35 (excluding NHS Charges) will also be delivered free of charge by Second Class Recorded Delivery Service to UK customers.

Delivery to an alternative address:

We can deliver to an alternative choice of address such as; your office, neighbour, family members or your local post office provided your first delivery is to an address that we can reach you on by landline telephone for security and fraud prevention purposes. We will require a signature on delivery either by you or someone approved by you to do so for prescription orders and pharmacy medicines.

Please note that the re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge .

Overseas Deliveries

We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of your order and the destination. We will confirm the delivery charge at the checkout page, before you confirm payment of your order. Certain weight and product restrictions apply for overseas deliveries.

Certain individual countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them. In instances where your order is seized by customs, Angel Pharmacy will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances.

Non-prescription orders are sent by air recorded delivery and a signature will be needed upon receipt of your goods. Certain individual countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them.

Deliveries to Europe, Americas and Other Continents

This is calculated at the checkout stage depending on the destination and parcel weight. We aim to package and dispatch within 24 – 48 hours all orders in stock received by 16:00Hrs British Standard Time (BST) on a working day to your destination. European deliveries may take a further 3 - 10 working days for delivery. Deliveries to Americas and other Continents may take a further 5 - 15 working days.

Due to conditions within the FDA regulations and USA Customs we cannot guarantee the supply or delivery of any medicines or products to the USA or Canada. We do not supply UK licensed Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) and certain UK Pharmacy Medicines (PMeds) to the USA due to current restrictions by FDA regulations.

Under UK law we are only able to dispense Prescriptions from Practitioners who are registered in the European Economic Area.

Heavy Parcels

The maximum weight allowance for Special Next Day Delivery is 10Kg and the maximum weight allowance for Second Class Recorded Delivery is 1Kg. First Class Items over 4Kg cost £3.05 for every extra 2Kg. This will be automatically added at the checkout stages by the website.

The maximum weight for parcels to Non UK (Europe and the Rest of the World) is 2Kg so please use the Contact Us form to let us know if your parcel exceeds this weight allowance.

Our back up procedures will be triggered during any Royal Mail disputes and you will be contacted to confirm your delivery options, to ensure we continue to provide a high quality standard of delivery service.

TRACKING MISSING ORDERS

You can always check the progress of your order by logging on and going to My Account and clicking on the My Orders tab. Deliveries will only be made to the address supplied to us during the transaction. We may make a supplementary delivery charge for re-dispatch if orders are returned to us by the carriage company. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days (for UK deliveries) and 20 working days (for international deliveries) to contact us if you have received a dispatch confirmation email but have not received your orders. We will report the package as missing to the Royal Mail who will then send you a P91 form. This form (P91 form) must be completed and returned to Royal Mail within 10 days or Royal Mail will shut down the claim and as a result we will not be able to issue a replacement. Royal Mail will inform us of the outcome after they have received and accepted the completed P91 Form and we will then send you a replacement. These are procedures put in place by Royal Mail and we have to abide by them. We suggest that you re-order your goods again through our website if they are required urgently whilst Royal Mail investigates the missing parcel.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please follow the procedure on our Returns Policy, or contact customer services by telephone should you have to return any goods. We will be happy to help you so please ensure you have your order reference number ready to hand when contacting us.

Goods cannot be returned to us, once opened and or used except if the product is faulty or broken. Due to reasons of medicines regulation or health and safety, products of a personal or medicinal nature cannot be returned. We will be unable to offer a refund or exchange if the item is returned without a product return authorisation code. Additionally you will also be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. We are not liable for any items lost in the post so we strongly suggest that items are returned via a recorded delivery service.

CANCELLATIONS

Consumers have the right to cancel orders placed using this website for up to 7 working days after the date on which the item(s) were ordered. To exercise this right, you should send us a notice of cancellation in writing to Angel Pharmacy Online, 24 Crescent Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7BX stating the order number. This right does not apply to medicines, items of a personal nature or any appliance that is made from materials that may be distorted if worn.

Prescription Cancellations: Please note that for cancelled prescription orders there is a £6 administration charge. Cancellations for orders where the item has already been shipped from our pharmacy will also incur an administration charge of £6 plus a deduction of our shipping and drug costs. Prescription orders may only be cancelled within the first 48 hours of placing your order and this must be before you send us the prescription, as once received we will start to process your order. To cancel an order you should send us a notice of cancellation in writing to Angel Pharmacy Online, 24 Crescent Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7BX stating the order number. You agree that once the prescription has been received by us we will have begun the service at your request and that you will have no rights to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are only able to dispense UK Prescriptions from Prescribers who are registered in the UK.

Deliveries to DT postcodes in Dorset:

Orders which are placed by residents in DT postcode areas of Dorset will be delivered by our local delivery van drivers or a courier for FREE provided the parcel contains NHS prescription items or the order value is more than £20. Items in stock will be delivered within 2 – 3 days of receiving the original prescription with first priority given to all our housebound or elderly customers with no means of private transportation.
