Angel knows how important it is to get your order to you quickly. So, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days of you pushing the “process order” button. We are a small company and very hands on, so your order is more than likely to be processed the same day!
Your order will be packed by a host of busy Angels and sent to you as soon as their little hands can pack it!
Once your order is packed in one of our Angel pink and blue bags it is sent to one of our nominated couriers - Royal Mail and Hermes – who will deliver it straight to your door.
Our Angels always want to hear from you so if you have any questions about delivery, or anything else, then you can contact us by email, telephone or use our Live Chat facility.
Before you checkout, remember to choose your free sample gift from Angel and our Angels will pop it in with your order!
Please note: We do not ship to destinations outside of the UK.
Angel Postage Costs
Angel offers two types of delivery:
1st Class - 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch. Prices start at £3.40.
2nd Class - 3-5 days working days from the time of dispatch. Prices start at £2.75.
If your order is over £35 it qualifies for FREE delivery. Our FREE delivery is sent via 2nd class mail and will take 3 - 5 days from the time of dispatch.
If for any reason your order doesn't arrive within the time frames above then please get in touch with us and we'll investigate.
Christmas Delivery 2014
The last postage dates for delivery before Christmas is:
1st Class - 20th December
2nd Class - 18th December
Due to the busy time of year, Angel suggests you factor in time for any possible postal delays and don't leave your Christmas shopping until the last minute!
All NHS prescriptions are sent by signed for post and are delivered FREE of charge.
Private prescriptions are sent by secured, signed for post and are delivered for a postal charge of £5.95.
Delivery to an alternative address
We can deliver to an alternative choice of address such as; your office, neighbour, family members or your local post office provided your first delivery is to an address that we can reach you on by landline telephone for security and fraud prevention purposes. We will require a signature on delivery either by you or someone approved by you to do so for prescription orders and pharmacy medicines.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, simply contact us at email@example.com or call us on 01305 777705. You will be required to provide your order number and maybe asked to confirm your account or delivery address details.
Our customer service team will be more than happy to take you through the returns process and ensure your issue is dealt with promptly.
Please note that Angel Online is unable to accept the return of any goods of a medicinal or personal nature.

Deliveries to DT postcodes in Dorset:
Orders which are placed by residents in DT postcode areas of Dorset will be delivered by our local delivery van drivers or a courier for FREE provided the parcel contains NHS prescription items or the order value is more than £20. Items in stock will be delivered within 2 – 3 days of receiving the original prescription with first priority given to all our housebound or elderly customers with no means of private transportation.
